Terms & Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, clothing orders will be available for you to pick up at the relevant event (festival, workshop etc.) As part of the order process you may be offered an option to have the items shipped to a home address before the event. This will incur an extra cost to cover postage and packing. This address must match the one registered to the payment card used to place the order.
Clothing orders can be cancelled/returned up to 14 days after receipt of goods. You will be refunded the total cost of your order minus a charge of 10% of your order to cover our administration costs.
Ticket Sales - Summary
This is a simple summary of the terms & conditions given here for your information. When buying tickets you are agreeing to the full terms and conditions of the actual event which can be found on the relevant website (www.queerspirit.net/booking-terms or www.quintasensual.org/booking-terms-conditions)
Booking Info - For some bookings the event organisers may send you information by email which you should read and raise any questions with them about before attending.
Attendance - By booking for a workshop or course you commit to attend for the entire duration. If you wish to attend only for part of the time please discuss this with the organiser before booking. During the event if you really do feel you have to leave you agree to talk to the event facilitator before going.
Safety - You are responsible for your own safety and well-being.
Conduct - Treat everyone with the same respect you expect from them.
Property - Take home everything you brought with you, or be in touch as soon as possible if you left something behind.
Refunds / Cancellations - Refunds can sometimes be offered if sufficient notice is given. Contact us as soon as you can if you need to cancel or change a booking.
Exclusion - The event organiser reserves the right to exclude anyone from attending anything they have booked.
Privacy - When you register you are added to the mailing list of the event organisation and will then receive emails such as newsletters and other items that they feel may be of interest to you. Punya and the relevant organisation does not share your personal data with anyone else and respects the privacy and confidentiality of all who attend events and expect all participants to also follow this respect to everyone involved with an event.
